ORDERING + Shipping policies

 

I. QUALIFICATIONS


New accounts should meet the following qualifications:
1 )     Have a valid State Resale Certificate. (California Dealers Only)
2 )     Have a valid Business License issued by their local community.
3 )     Have a storefront location.
4 )     Place an initial order for at least $100.00.
5 )    International accounts minimum order is $1000.00.


II. ORDERING AND SHIPPING PRACTICES


Placing Orders:
1 )      When placing orders, please provide the salesperson with your customer number, name of shop and city or town in which you  are located. Use our part numbers and a brief description of the  item when placing the actual order. Merry Sales is not responsible for shipping errors resulting from orders given without part numbers.

2 )      Your salesperson can inform you of the stock status at the time you place your order.

3.)      Online ordering is available. Log in at www.merrysales.com.  Call us to get your online ID set up. Stock status is available on-line. You can still place an order by phone or fax.

4.)     If you need rush service, please inform your salesperson when  you are placing your order. Shipments can be made via UPS Next Day, Second Day Air, 3 Day and Ground.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are taken subject to acceptance by The Merry Sales Co., and can be held for approval of credit, or for receipt of payment of a past due amount, or if you are over your credit limit. Visa/MasterCard may be used to pay any account balances (For open account terms, a  fee may be applied). Please have card #, expiration date, verification number,  cardholder name and billing address available.

Prices:
All our prices are FOB our warehouse, and prices may be  changed without prior notice. All orders are taken subject to  prices prevailing on date of shipment, and are subject to stock on hand. However, prices can be confirmed, on your request, at the time your order is placed.

Minimum Order:
The minimum billing charge on any one shipment is $75.00,
otherwise a service charge can be applied.

 “Will call” Orders:
“Will call” orders can be placed on on-line or by phone. Please allow at
least 24 hours for order to be ready.

Package Quantities:
In most cases small parts are sold only in package quantities and
orders may be changed to conform with these quantities.

Product Line Changes:
From time to time products sold may be changed, and items shipped  may be slightly different from those illustrated in the catalog;
however, these substitutions will be of equal or better quality or you will be notified prior to shipment.

Freight Allowance:
Free Ground shipping within the contiguous United States on orders totalling $750 or more.  Restrictions do apply: Orders with excessively heavy/bulky items (bikes, frames, racks, bulk chains, wheels, U-locks,  baskets, etc.) are inelegilble for freight allowance. Please call for additional details.
